I was afraid as much. I was in denial hah! I can drop the cream of tartar but I haven’t been able to find corn starch free baking powder anywhere.
I remember Able saying once that he used baking powder with corn starch and wasn’t worried because the amounts were so minimal. Baking powder on its own gives the bread a pretty weird taste though. Perhaps I’m using too much. I’ll try with less next time and see if the cravings die down.
