Update: I bought some milk thistle today and have been using the bitters before eating as mentioned above. I don’t want to speak to soon, but I do feel less bloated today and no nausea which is AWESOME. I would definitely recommend bitters instead of digestive enzymes which didn’t seem to do very much for me.
Which also makes me think maybe my liver needed a cry for help!
