I eat egg whites most the time, but I don’t eat them everyday. Yes, I have to rotate things, too. I like buckwheat, but it is very high fiber. Millet is lower in fiber, so that is why I think a mixture of rice and millet is good. I think sorghum flour is going down okay, too. I like goat yogurt; not the milk. I just don’t have it everyday. I am never going to touch cauliflower again, lol! I’ll just have to watch my starches, and not do huge portions. I think I forget that I have to consider my gastroparesis, too.
