I’m taking 750mcg of molebdenum a day now. The reason the die-off is still there is because I took a bite of an avacado that looked fresh but the texture was a little funky the other day and it must have fed the fungus. I’m back up to my 10 drops of oil of oregano today though and not feeling too bad. Earlier on the night I had that bite of avacado I felt like the die off might be over and was feeling really strong and clear headed which was amazing. Hopefully it’s just a matter of time until I get back there. I had a swig of kefir today and I got sick to my stomach. Do you think I should try to work it in slowly or just let my probiotics do their thing and avoid the allergy?
