I will be floating in and out of this forum quite a bit so thanks for being helpful. I’m sure I’ll have plenty of questions, especially as my current diet is maninly ‘grab and eat one-handed’ foods so this will take some time and practice!
I’ll probably lurk in the recipes section, looking for slow cooker recipes, freezer meals, snacks, cereals and soups…all staples on low energy days!
I will also be feeding my family the same food, is that ok? My husband is big enough to pick and chose what he wants but I have a 3month old who will eventually wean.
