buckwheat flour is a-ok, it’s just recommended to test it first (but if you’re testing regular buckwheat, it should be the same? I think?). I have a couple of buckwheat recipes posted in the bread section – there’s a really healthful one for garlic herb drop biscuits. all of the ingredients in it, pretty much, i added for their medicinal qualities (except the herbs are just kinda for taste, cause, y’know…yum! 😉 )
