I would do a forum search about this topic because if has been covered before (its in upper right hand corner). It’s been awhile since we talked about it so widely but it definitely can contribute to this condition from what I’ve seen on the forum.
In regards to the buckwheat; it comes in a few forms, the flour, the groat (whole), and the bob’s red mill version (creamy buckwheat). The groat is a good rice replacement.
