It does sounds very tasty. Yes, watch out for the almonds. I don’t eat almond butter, but very, very occasionally, and then, I only really use store bought almond milk if I just need a little something for my cereal. However, once you make your own homemade almond milk; you really don’t want to go back (soaking the nuts overnight of course)! It is soooo much fresher without all the extra preservatives. Plus, I am getting better and better making some homemade almond yogurt (just had some for breakfast) because I can have a little trouble with greek yogurt.
