Seems candida has become endemic in our modern society filled with all this sugar and refined carb crap! Probably everybody has it to some varying degree.
My story is that im a fitness competitor, actually one of my countrys top ones, so after all the years of supplements and high carb(and high protein) eating to fuel my workouts and muscle growth Ive been left with the inevitable problem that we all suffer from here.
So some of my questions pertain to protein supplements…is something like pure whey isolate with no added anything alright?
and then just like so many after reading through this whole thread wondering where the ‘strict list’ is, Ab can you pls pm it to me? 😀
