So I got the molybdenum.. Big difference from yesterday (which I spent throwing up and sleeping when I came home sick from work). I’ve started taking the swedish bitters which are actually horrible tasting. Hopefully I’ll get used to them.
I’ve been eating about 4x more veggies than I normally do and have added in a little bit of tuna packed in water and continue to eat a couple of hard boiled eggs and avocados which have been helpful.
Looking forward to irritability going away and having some more energy.
