The brand of greek yoghurt to use is Fage 0%. It does have sugar, but at a minimum amount. The benefits from the prebiotics outweigh the sugar content…but it can cause a reaction, just like coconut oil, kefir, probiotic pills or vitamins…so it’s important to introduce these items slowly to notice any effects. Or some people continue them all anyway and tough it out, as the reactions will subside during more time spent on the protocol.
