You might want to consider doing some kind of sugar transitioning diet phase, where you slowly reduce how much sugar you eat per day. For instance, day 1 have 200g(or whatever measurement) sugar per day. Second day, have 150g. Third day have 100g, etc. You don’t need sugar to survive…I’ve been sugar free for a year (well, had a few cheats)! My salad dressing contains 4g of sugar per serving, so thats the only amount I have in my diet. Yes, I’ve cheated a little bit every day of the diet!
Maybe consider reducing your daily sugar intake via berries…day 1 have 2 cups of berries throughout the day, day 2 have 1.5 cups of berries per day, day 3 1 cup of berries per day, etc.
Your body goes through a pretty bad transition from lots of western food to the candida diet…after a few weeks on the diet your body will stabilize. Unless of course you have a undiagnosed health problem such as diebetes, hypoglycemia, etc.
An uber healthy person wouldn’t be phased by not eating sugar for a few days.
