I didn’t find a calcium, mg. zinc supplement with the correct amounts on iherb when I looked. To give you an idea of what you need;
Calcium: 1000 mg or 100% daily value
Magnesium: 400 mg or 100$ daily value
Zinc: 15-25 mg or 100-167% daily value

iHerb has the correct count but it’s out of stock. I didn’t find another brand close to the price or type of the one that’s out of stock on iHerb. You don’t need an expensive vitamin C supplement, in fact, they’re stocked in almost every drugstore, and even supermarkets carry them now.

I am eating LOTS of chicken eggs and veggies so I figure I don’t need any other vitamins. Am I correct in thinking this?
I am taking lots of antifungals and eventually will narrow it down to 2 along with my probiotic of which I am up to 100B of the critical care now.
Reply: You don’t need to waste your money on “lots” of antifungals, as there are only a few that do the job really well. These are oil of oregano, garlic pills with allicin, coconut oil and undecenoic acid.
Also it’s a good idea to switch probiotic brands now and then in order to obtain different strains of beneficial bacteria.
