Which probiotics are you taking and what count?
Innate Flora 20-14 Ultra Strength.
I do eat eggs, but I don’t like them very much, so it’s kinda hard. I eat a lot of olive oil with pretty much every meal. Either with my veggies, or as a salad dressing. I tried millet and I think it made my rash worse. I forgot I have Cream of Buckwheat, I’ll try and add that too.
I can’t seem to do any meat. Tried chicken, no good. Tried a few pieces of tri-tip, no good, yeast infection pretty bad. Now it’s all cleared up, I just don’t want to try anything else!
I’ll look for those Caprylic Acid pills, and I guess I’ll add the other pill (cal,mag,zinc) back in also. I was taking that 3 times after each meal, is that still okay? Should I add a fish oil pill too?
I rub some Oregano oil on my rash, and that seems to help, I’ll try the calamine lotion, it’s cheaper! 🙂
Thanks again for all the input I appreciate it so much! I am feeling better, but I’m just wondering if I’m only holding it all at bay, and not getting rid of it at all?
