It seems as though you aren’t eating enough food…I would look to try to eat 3-4 course meals if possible, rotating the foods you eat. Instead of just oat bran in the morning, rotate between oat bran and cream of buckwheat or millet (plus a few sides). For lunch eat the salad plus a few sides. For dinner, try to eat some meat a few days a week plus some sides (such as salad or buckwheat).
You’ll need to take antifungals to reach a cure, just taking probiotics alone won’t cut it. I would look at trying SF722 undecenoic acid if/when you are ready, it might give you less problems.
An alternative to molybdenum is to sweat out the toxins via a steam room, sauna, hot tub, jacuzzi, or even hot bath to sweat out the toxins. This might also improve your skin.
Vitamin C is great for you skin and I would look into getting getting some (with bioflavanoids).
