Yeah, pretty intense! I made a point not to get one till I could fully manage and just have not got around. I have a debit account but most places will not allow it, they have all, so far said they only accept credit cards.
Update– I’ve just started day 5 of my strict cleanse (No food for almost 5 days) and I am super weak every morning (I work in the weekday mornings for 4 hours) and normally get headaches in the evenings.
I am experiencing dizziness today in particular and almost scary (I am 5’6″ and I usually weight 115 but have definitely lost weight which I cannot afford to – not sure how much because I don’t own a scale) so I think I will stop doing the strict cleanse now.
What does anyone suggest from here on? Should I just do raw veggies for a few days, start my Milk Thistle and move on to phase 2?
Any advice would be helpful considering I am very new to this and all I want is to eat some good filling foods but I don’t want to screw up.
Also, I’m reading in the recipe section and a couple of posts for “phase 1” have coconut flour and eggs? Why is this?
