Thanks for correcting me on the LG/Candida diet.
I’m still on MegaFlora probiotics. Some days I take 4 and some days 5. Always at least 4 though. For the kefir, I tried coconut water kefir thinking this would contain less sugar than water kefir with the added sugar. If i did react to it it was a few hours later and only seemed to affect my tongue although i never drank whole glasses to really test it because i didnt want to risk hurting my tummy any further. I’d be interested to know what you think about this. Because its so beneficial, should I still have it anyway?
I’m glad to hear that i’m helping my progress just by not taking the NSAIDS. Hopefully I’ll see an improvement in my FMS too because I’d like to be able to increase the frequency that I can go to the gym. Almost all through this diet I couldnt tollerate to go more than once a week. Any more and I’d have some sort of flare up.
I’ll leave off the L-Glutamine for the moment as you suggest. If we werent trying to save in order to buy a bigger house it wouldnt be a problem but this diet is really eating into my side of the deposit!
What do you think about juicing as well? I’m ready to buy a juicer, as Raster suggested but i’d be interested to know what you think.
