Sorry for your troubles seems really tough. One thing I noticed from reading your posts, is that you mentioned you used to be able to eat a whole jar of almond butter. Thought it tastes good this is not good for any of the diets you have been on. Especially if you develop allergies easily. I was eating alot of almonds and ginger when I started having problems and now I am allergic to them.
The key is having things in moderation and also possibly going on a rotation diet. I am now on 3 day rotation system to help make sure I am not eating the same things every day. Quantity is another big issue. Don’t eat too much of one thing in that said day. That much fat will also stop up your digestion like no other.
I now have a rotation diet with a list of things I can eat for the day, and then I keep a journal of what I am eating to see how it effects me as well. This helps me try new things or take out things. Testing should be done on an empty stomach possibly at the beginning of the day before lunch. I’m not saying I don’t slip up and eat things two days in a row or try too many new foods at once, but its just nice to have something to keep up with and writing it down makes me less prone to eating things I know effect me.
