AAAAH – this is so frustrating.
Trying to incorporate more foods for nutrition and I keep getting symptoms of ANAPHYLACTIC SHOCK after eating.
Yesterday was trying to eat a tsp of sprouted sunflower seed butter (since I am having problems with animal proteins).
Just now was from eating a few spoonfuls of cooked squash.
Both foods I was able to eat back in September!
tingling in face and tongue
itchy face and eyes
WHAT CAN I DO???
This happened before and it lasted months and months to the point of getting anaphylactic shock after drinking water. These are the reasons I keep getting my diet down to nothing!!!
Can someone please HELP ME??
PS. I’ve done all the food allergy tests – they all came back negative.
