    Hi everyone!

    I have been on the Candida Diet since March. Combined with my fibromyalgia, I was in constant pain. 4 1/2 months later, I feel much better and as a bonus, I have lost 30 pounds.

    I have tried adding a few things in my diet, but nothing worked. It gave me bloating and gas such as carrots, cabbage, red meat and Stevia. I can eat (small amounts) green apples, strawberries and brown rice.

    I take many supplements such as a probiotic, turmeric, calcium, magnesium, Vitamin D, garlic and each morning I take lemon juice mixed in 2 ounces of warm water.

    I have made no changes in the last weeks but I am now feeling bloated and having gas most of the day. I take a fiber supplement to prevent constipation.

    So what am I doing wrong here?
    I really value your ideas and I thank you in advance for your help.

    Sounds like your digestive system still needs a bit of help. Maybe try increasing your probiotics, adding some probiotic foods, and/or introducing some digestive enzymes.

    It’s great that you’ve seen so many improvements though!
