    I am still pretty new to the diet and am nearing the end of week 1 of the strict diet after a week of the cleanse/detox. I’m collecting all the herbs, vitamins, anti-fungals, probiotics and obscure flours and such to start introducing them. So I have a question about kefir. I see that there is water kefir and milk kefir. Does it matter which I make and consume? And if not, is one tastier than the other? I’m making a long trip to buy the grains tomorrow and would like to get it right the first time.


    Sorry if this is already addressed somewhere. I’m reading the forum’s backlog slowly. Its a lot to take in.
