Hey Able quick question.. How often a day do you eat vegetables now and how many servings? Im symptom free but im still eating vegetables at every meal 4 times a day. Do you think i should continue to do this would this be the safe way to go? Thanks
Three or four times a day is a good number considering you’re experiencing zero symptoms. Keep in mind I’ve been symptom-free for one year, and I still eat three to four vegetable servings a day. The vegetables serve as prebiotics or food for the bacteria, and of course they offer necessary nutrients. If you substitute the oat bran bread in place of one vegetable a day, this will also work.
