Hi guys, quick question. I found an organic, sugar free, veggie Broth. BUT two of the ingredients that were added to the broth were organic carrots and organic tomatoes. I know tomatoes and carrots are “no-no’s” but Im wondering if the broth is ok becase its just the broth, im eating and not the actual vegetables themselves? Let me know please. Thanks
I think it’s not about the source of sugar but the amount of sugar. That should be on the label.
This is considered low sugar, this is not a no sugar diet.
