I want to share some good tuna croquette that I made. Before I star, excuse me for my English.
The ingredients are:
1 whole tuna chunks in water (100-130 grams) 2 whole eggs 2 tablespoons of whole rice flour (or any other flour that accepted in this diet) 1 chopped onion Add sea salt and pepper- at the amounts that you like. You can add anything you like to this recipe, I promiss that its taste well, better than tuna salad or omelet. *Oil- not necessary but if you want to, it will taste better. Personally, I don’t use oil.
If you will like it, I will add some protein bread recipe too.
