I haven’t moved onto to using “sweetners” yet and I’m a bit nervous. I know Stevia has a bitter taste to it but I haven’t tried Truvia. I know there are added ingredients to Truvia but it is made with Stevia plant. What sweetner does everyone prefer? I am thinking about mixing it with coconut sugar, because I want to use that in moderation.
Go with stevia because truvia contains sugar alcohol erythritol which can cause issues in some people such as diarrhea, bloating, constipation, gas and hard stools.
