My mom bought me some Stevia sweetener to add to my fruit smoothies. Later on in the day I was looking at the box and it has dextrose in it!

I’ve tried to look up a few other brands of stevia sweetener but can’t find one that doesn’t actually have sugar in it. Do you guys know of any brand that is fine to have on the candida diet?

I found one at Ralph’s grocery called Sweetleaf, it’s only ingredients are “inulin Soluble Vegetable Fiber, and Stevia Leaf Extract”

It probably should be able to be found in any grocery store with a decent sweetener section!
