Folks…i don’t know how to fight these cravings of mine. I was a sweet lover from childhood. Never could resisted it…and what to do now….today i ate 8 krispy creme doughnuts …couldn’t stop myself….its just awful….advise me smth plzzz
The best way to avoid sweets is for them to be unavailable. Clean out your cabinets. Stop doing the drive thru. Follow the Stage 1 of the diet closely.
I too love sugar and processed food. I’ve b een following Stage 1 for 30 days and have found little or no cravings for sweets.
We all probably have different thresholds for sweets but I’ve found this program easy to follow and plan to continue until my yeast overgrowth is completely gone and I’ve lost 50lbs. In the first month I’ve lost 15lbs. 35 to go.
