Hi, I have millet porridge for breakfast every morning, with cinnamon, coconut oil and home made coconut milk. Is this too much millet? I know I can rotate it with quinoa and amaranth, but I read in another post that you should really only have quinoa twice a week. Is this true for the other grains? I’m a bit worried that with my breakfasts alone I’ll be using up my grain quota! Thanks a lot for your time.
