I have been doing some self testing and i am sensitive to folate. If i have more than 200mcg of folate my ear will buzz like crazy in the night. When i eat spinach, broccoli, cauliflower etc Kefir and saukraut (homemade) But im ok with yougurt in small amounts. Any ideas how to over come this sensitivity please? If i do get this buzzing ear i get bad anxiety and dont sleep much and really bad ear ache in the day.
