    So tomorrow I start the cleanse.
    I’m not going to lie but this is around my 100th attempt! But each time my cravings take over.

    Any advice on how to get through the cravings?
    I avoid all fruit and starches as the seem to fuel the cravings.

    Maybe eat some (but not much) starch and fruit to help with your cravings? Blueberries with yogurt, for example. Also use stevia or erythritol to give yourself that sweet taste without actually wrecking the diet. You could bake some muffins or make some homemade nut bars for when you feel like you’re going to give in.
