I just started stage one today.  Is it necessary to stay on this for 7 days? I’m so hungry.

    Some background info:

I was diagnosed with perioral dermatitis.  I’ve tried everything to get rid of it but the only thing that seems to keep it away is no sugar and no gluten or grains.  I have many symptoms of candida so I purchased the Ultimate Candida Diet program yesterday.  I had been eating very well until this past weekend when I had sugar, grains and a little alcohol.  Woke up Monday morning to another flare up so went back to the way I was eating before and the dermatitis is disappearing.  I’m just wondering if stage one is necessary or can I go to stage two and just stay on it longer?
