I might have missed this discussion throughout the website, but what is everyone’s thoughts on the consumption of soy products during the candida diet? I currently consume soy protein powder (non-gmo) 2 x a day and edamame (organic) 2 servings a day.
I was advised by my homeopath/nutritionist, that non-GMO soy is ok. I’m vegan, so a lot of my protein during this diet is coming from Tofu (or textured vegetable protein). Unsweetened non-GMO soy milk is ok too. I think as long as there are no other ‘offenders’ in your protein powder, it should be ok.
