I have been going over my health history and everything keeps pointing towards candida as a cause of my health problems. About five years ago I had surgery to remove a fungus ball from my maxillary sinus. I know fungus and candida are related.
Since I started the coconut oil my sinuses have been productive. At first I had a really bad infection and now my mucus varies from cloudy to clear.

I sometimes use a sinus rinse solution. The Neilmed solution contains Sodium Chloride and Sodium Bicarbonate. I mix this with filtered water. I was wonder if this solution would cause any problems with the candida?

I think it is alright (I am not expert); I wouldn’t worry too much about it. You should try the oil pulling oral thrush technique as well; I am going to try it soon myself.
