    Hi Everyone,

    What are thoughts on commercial sheep’s milk yogurt? I know it’s commercial, which is by default not great, but it’s sheep milk, not cow. Is that at all better?

    Ingredients are:
    Fresh ewe’s milk
    Starter culture
    Fat 5%

    Nutrition facts per 100g:
    Energy: 77kcal
    Protein: 4g
    Carbs: 4g
    Fat: 5g

    Also, in this context, fresh doesn’t necessarily mean unpasteurized. Everyone I’ve asked about unpasteurized milk has just given me a weird look. Still asking though…
