I think I might have candida – and have been looking at the diet – can someone please tell me – what is servia? Thanks Judith
do you mean stevia? if so its a plant extract that is used as a sweetener. I use it in piquid form to bake. i love it but others say they dont like the taste. I get it from the internet and a bottle lasts over a month. its the only sweetener oth than xlitol you can use x

If you’re talking about Stevia, be sure to read the ingredients before you make your purchase. Some, in fact most, brands have other ingredients, some even have Dextrose for some crazy reason. If you search on the net, you can find a pure brand.
