Hello, I’m wondering if anyone has any good snack tips for later at night. I don’t always need to snack but there is the odd occasion when I do get hungry. It seems though that even brocolli can give me candida symptoms. I wake up with a sore throat most mornings and if I eat it’s a lot worse. I never eat much so it’s not like I’m overeating in the evenings. Does anyone else have this problem? I’m a bit confused by this symptom really because it wasn’t happening in the beginning of the cleanse but has been now for 2 months.
