    Hello all, I’ve changed my routine finally after 3 months of fighting candida my symptoms are near to almost gone!

    I’d like to share my new routine with you guys and see what thoughts or suggestions you may have.

    Routine:

    1. One capsule of NOW FOODS Candida Support Capsule per week.
    Contains: Pau D’Arco, Black Walnut and Oregano Oil), Biotin (a B-complex vitamin) and Caprylic Acid (a naturally occurring fatty acid derived from plant oils, Garlic (bulb), Olive Leaf, Cat’s Claw Root, Wormwood Herb, Silica, Magnesium Stearate (vegetable source) and Cellulose Powder. Contains tree nut (walnut hulls).

    2. Paradise Organics Triphala capsule 250mg daily.
    Contains: Organic Amalaki fruit, Organic bibhitaki fruit, and Organic haritaki fruit.

    3. One cup of american ginseng concoction daily.

    I’ve recently come off cooking with organic extra virgin coconut oil as I’ve found out that I’ve started to break out from the oil itself rather than having die-off symptoms.

    Any recommendations? Suggestions?
