    Preheat the oven to 400

    1 large head cauliflower, cut in large florets
    olive oil to coat
    Salt and black pepper to taste
    2 t paprika
    1 T chopped fresh parsley

    Toss cauliflower, oil salt and pepper.
    Spread it in a single layer on a baking sheet with 2 T water.
    Bake 25 minutes or until the cauliflower starts to brown.

    Toss with olive oil, salt to taste, paprika, and parsley

    Oooh lovely, I’d never thought of roasting cauliflower, only ever steam it. Will try that tonight, thanks!
