Hello all, this is my second try on the candida diet. My first lasted 48 days when I ran out of food and money and HOPE and I broke down. I ate some vegetables and beans I was not supposed to have for two weeks and ended up worse than when I started so I immediately went back on the diet the day of Thanksgiving. Here I am about 26 or so days back on the diet. My struggle is the food allergies and intolerances I have. I cannot have eggs, dairy or coconut/palm products and it seems many recipes call for one or all three of these food categories. For breakfast I’ve either been skipping it or eating leftovers from lunch and dinner. I miss having a good breakfast! Also, any ideas on snacks and dinners? I’m just scared I’m going to break again and don’t want to start all over.
