Since its pumpkin season now, I was thinking of buying a huge pumpkin, mostly for its seeds. I have found that my candida react to the seeds I buy in a bag, but if it’s freshly out the pumpkin and friend then it works fine 🙂
So I was wondering if I could fry the seeds and store them (whether it be in the fridge, freezer or out in room temperature) if they would keep without molding, and if so how long, and which way is the best to store them?
