I followed the following recipe to bake coconutbread:
1/2 cup coconut flour 1/2 cup almond flour 1/2 cup coconut milk 1/2 cup coconut oil 5 eggs 1/2 teaspoon salt 1 teaspoon vanilla 1 teaspoon baking powder 12 stevia packets…not sure how much is in each little package
350 degrees for 32 minutes
Now, it was made yesterday, and it was really good. HOWEVER, this morning it had a bit of an off taste and it was squishier. Can it be that my roomtemperature was too high, and that I should preserve it in the refrigurator?
