I see that jalapenos are on the “okay” list. Is it okay to pickle these in the ACV?
Does it have to be any special ACV? I just have a big one from Sam’s, Heinz I think? Just regular old ACV. I did peel and chop up some turnips and put a little sea salt in a container and filled it with ACV. Mmmmmm!! Yum, love it! I love to make jalapenos this way too, then I could have them with eggs and even my salad.
But I wanted to check first if this was okay? ACV seems to work the same as regular vinegar, that’s why I wanted to check if I’m doing it wrong, or if these things can’t be eaten this way?
