    I read the Ultimate Candida Diet ebook and I thought it was saying to limit saute/stir frying to 1 meal a day.     I’m assuming that means limiting what I eat to raw or steamed veggies, but then I saw a day’s food example with eggs, plus stir-fry, soup, raw veg (and roasting too, I think) all in the same day.  Is there a cooking method guideline or does it not really matter?

    Is roasting vegetables in the oven ok?  Is the point just not to burn what you cook so that you retain as much of the nutrients as possible?

    Thank you for giving me a place to ask a few basic questions!
