    Would like to get some opinions from people on the board about live, organic food bars. Should these be avoided at all costs, or would it be OK to have one once in a while just as a quick snack on the go?

    Here’s the link:

    It contains 5g of sugar. Is that considered too much? I know we’re supposed to be cutting down on/eliminating the sugar, but then again so many veggies contain sugar as well.

    Thoughts appreciated.

    It has dried fruit and honey in it. I wouldn’t touch it myself.
