Hi, I am pretty sure 99.9% that I have candida. I have been following a low carb diet for 2 weeks and have felt so rough! I have brought yeast raiders and just waiting for molybdenum to arrive in post. Will this help?

    Symptoms:
    Nausea
    Sinusitis
    Thrush
    Dry peeling skin
    Coated tongue

How long until I start to feel better? Also citric acid? Is this a no no?

Feeling confused and bemused! Haven’t been to my gp as don’t want to be fobbed off. I suffer from depression and have days of huge brain fog even before I started this and so now dont know where I am or what to do!

Have had a break from low carb as been away for four days and just feel worse now than ever

    Advice appreciated

    Rhian

I would follow my diet plan here:

As far as supplements, you are going to have to come up with your own treatment plan, etc. and this is why I suggest consulting a naturopathic doctor. Do you want to treat yourself and spend boatloads of money for the next 1-2+ years or get better quickly with a well thought out plan that is also expensive (via a naturopath)? Its hard to treat yourself is what I am trying to say and it sounds like you don’t even have a detox plan:
