I was wondering if Manuka Honey would help my digestion after having SIBO, C-Diff, and Candida. I took antibiotics for the SIBO & the C-Diff about 5 months ago and the diarrhea and severe bloating got better. but I have been battling Candida for 2 months now and my digestion still seems pretty messed up and I still get mild bloating.

Raster- how much Manuka Honey did you take every day and how much? Will it encourage Candida growth? Is this the honey you cook with or do you use raw local honey?

    Thanks,

    ~Lori

The manuka honey is made in New Zealand is maybe 2-3x more expensive than regular honey.  It shouldn’t really encourage candida.  I don’t know how much it would improve digestion but you should feel better after using it.  I cooked with it when I got it, but you can take it raw too.
