A portion of sardines 2 ounce of buckwheat 1 egg Tumeric 1/4 onion corriandar
1) Cook the buckwheat for 20 minutes 2) while the buckwheat is cooking boil the eggs for 8 minutes (until hard). Once cooked take off the shell and slice the egg. 3) Finely chop the onion 5) Heat the sardines in the microwave for 2-3 minutes. 4) Drain the buckwheat and put in a bowl, add in 2 tsp of tumeric, chopped corridar, onion, flaked sardines and sliced boiled egg.
