I bought coconut yogurt today by So Delicious and wanted to try something a bit different.
I used: -~1 cup of coconut yogurt -1/4 tsp. of stevia (or to taste) -1/2 tsp. of cinnamon (or to taste)
Mixed it all together and voila,it’s a substitute cinnamon bun for stage 1.
Other ideas of things to add would be flaxseeds, chia seeds or hemp seeds. It would be great to add walnuts to this if you’re at stage 2.
Now, you may notice in this brand’s ingredients list there is cane sugar, however, if you compare the nutritional information from greek yogurt made from cow’s milk to this yogurt, the coconut yogurt actually has less carbs and sugars per equivalent serving.
