    Best wishes everybody,

    I’m embarking on a battle to kill my Candida.

    Lunch, dinner, supper is no problem, but breakfasts are a nightmare.

    For my whole life, I’ve loved bread and pastry of all kinds, and has been
    my breakfast staple all of my life.

    I’m not too enthusiatic about food in the mornings, so I would normally have a couple of slices of wholemeal bread with soya spread and sugar free orange marmalade.

    Eliminating yeast means no bread!

    I found a puff pastry in the supermarket, and the ingredients are:

    Wheat Flour,Water ,Vegetable Oil ,Salt ,Lemon Juice ,Preservative (Potassium Sorbate) ,Emulsifier (Mono- and Diglycerides of Fatty Acids)

    My plan would be to make small parcels filled with something, maybe scrambled egg and/or sausage.

    Is this pastry too good to be true or am I fooling myself?

    Any advice very welcome!

    Wheat is not allowed on the diet because it contains gluten and it feeds the yeast.
