As a result of the net-carb-free nature of hemp protein powder (at least Live Superfoods’s powder), I have been desiring to use it as the main “flour ingredient” in various foods. The hemp bread posted on this forum a while back is amazing. I was wondering if anyone has found a recipe for homemade hemp pasta. Since pasta is basically just flour and eggs, the only uncertain part should be the ratios.
I’m not sure if the hemp would work by itself, without any other flour as it does in bread, or if something else such as buckwheat would be essential. Has anyone tried this, or is anyone good as guessing these types of ratios? =P
